RETURNS
House of Florian will happily accommodate a refund, exchange or credit note within 30 days of order placement, for items that are unworn, new condition and in the original packaging.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or credit note. Sale items reduced by 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
