The feet are the base of the body. They’re responsible for continual weight dispersion, balance, and stability of the entire bodily frame. Therefore, foot care is of the utmost importance. Our feet are hit especially hard when it comes to standing, walking, running, or doing any type of fitness or physical over-exertion of any kind. But being overweight, twisting the wrong way, or especially wearing poorly fitting or non-supportive footwear can lead to extensive pain and suffering throughout the body; all of which can begin in the feet.
