At our heart, we deeply value your satisfaction and comfort. Should you wish to return your full-priced footwear, we warmly welcome exchanges, store credits within 7 days of receipt. Please note that refunds are not available.

We kindly ask that the shoes be in pristine condition with all original packaging and components intact. For the well-being of all our customers, returns on socks or sockettes can only be accepted if the packet remains unopened.

For those special finds on sale or markdown, our return policy varies depending on the discount received. Please refer to our 'Sale Items' section for detailed information.

To return an item for exchange or refund please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Fill in the Returns Form included with your order.
Step 2: Include the form in your returns package.

Styles Discounted 10-25% off:
Sales under this offer are eligible for a return as per our standard policy above.

Styles Discounted up to 30%:

For styles offered on sale up to a 30% discount, we kindly inform you that refunds are not available. However, provided the shoes are returned within 30 days in their pristine, unworn condition, you are welcome to exchange them for a different size (same style/colour, pending stock availability) or receive a store credit for the price paid.

Styles Discounted 40% or more:
Purchases at a 40% discount or more are considered final sale products and are not eligible for returns. We are unable to offer exchanges, store credits, or refunds for these items, including those purchased in the wrong size.

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we remain committed to ensuring your shopping experience is both joyful and fulfilling.

If your new shoes aren't quite the right fit, please refer to our Size Guide to find your perfect match. When returning your incorrect size, kindly select 'Store Credit.' This will allow you to repurchase your new size once your return has been processed.
