As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our focus on customer education, foot functionality, wellbeing, and creating a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online.
To support this growth, we are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Administration & Operations Coordinator to become a key part of our team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, systems, technology, administration, and helping a business operate efficiently behind the scenes.
You will work closely with ownership and management to support administration, stock control, reporting, online operations, and general business organisation.
This role will play an important part in helping House of Florian continue to grow both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Product data entry and product uploads
- Website administration and maintenance
- Inventory and stock management support
- Purchase order processing
- Supplier communication and follow-up
- Invoice processing and filing
- Retail Express administration
- Report generation and data management
- Document and file organisation
- Assisting with online order management
- Customer service support via email
- Assisting with marketing administration and campaign preparation
- Maintaining organised business systems and procedures
- Supporting management with administrative projects
Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
β Strong administration experience
β Excellent computer skills and confidence learning new software
β Experience using:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Cloud-based systems and file management
- Point of Sale systems
β Strong attention to detail
β High level of organisation and time management
β Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
β Strong written and verbal communication skills
β Professional and polished English language skills
β Ability to follow systems and procedures accurately
β Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
